1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the cuci2 platform — whether through the website at cuci2.onl or via the official cuci2 mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions in this document, along with all referenced policies, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms and Conditions take effect from the date you first use the cuci2 platform. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions.

Cuci2 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notification of changes will be sent to your registered account. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

Use of the cuci2 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be met by every user:

• You must register as an individual on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

• Your registration does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in your country of residence.

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one cuci2 account. This includes using the same name, email address, phone number, IP address, or payment method to register additional accounts. If a user is found to be maintaining multiple accounts, cuci2 reserves the right to:

• Closing all related accounts without prior notice.
• Forfeit all account balances, bonuses, and winnings.
• Reporting suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

3.2 Password Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cuci2 account password and login details. cuci2 recommends using a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols — and changing it regularly. 9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Cuci2 provides this platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. cuci2 will not be liable for:

• Any service disruption caused by system maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user.
• Data loss resulting from device failure or the user's internet connection.
• Content or actions of third parties whose links or services may be referenced on the platform.

In all circumstances, cuci2's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination & Suspension

Users may close their cuci2 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to the original payment method, subject to fulfilment of the relevant conditions.

Cuci2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account without prior notice if:

• There is suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• The user violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The user provides false information during registration or the KYC process.
• A directive has been received from a relevant authority or regulatory body.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Cuci2 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. 12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between a user and cuci2, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation within 30 days from the date the dispute is first raised in writing.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with mutually agreed arbitration rules. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties. Neither party may initiate court proceedings before the negotiation and arbitration process has been completed, except to seek interim relief to protect their rights.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions of this document will continue in full force and effect.
